Who
we are
We are a group of people, voluntary groups, and small businesses
working in association with each other to improve the understanding and
implementation of sustainable practices. Building on the principles of
Local Agenda 21, recommended at the first earth summit we think
globally and act locally to conserve natural resources and effect small
changes to our environment.
The Sustainable Trust was granted charitable status in spring 2002. Our
first project was a touring exhibition for schools, libraries,
conferences & green events, made possible by the Neighbourhood
Renewal Community Chest. Since then our projects have included:-
"Reinventing Rubbish" an exhibition of Arts and
Crafts
made from waste, held Camborne with free art workshops for children, at
half term.
Rejuventating Crenver Grove, the Dandelion Trust
Nature Refuge.
A travelling exhibition for the Cornwall
Sustainable
Building Trust, publicity and supply of interior effects for the
RuralZED at "The Sky's the limit".

further
north. Delivery of medical aid to the tsunami stricken
