Natural Resources

Below are examples of projects that we are involved in designed to promote using natural resources.

Tree planting

Tree planting.
Children from a local environment club are taught how to plant trees using recycled tubes and cut stakes from the wood. 200 trees were planted in winter 05/06 to carbon neutralise the Cornwall Sustainable Energy Project biennial conference.

Honey bees

Honey bees

The sustainability of the humble bee should be an inspiration to us all. With social and industrious neatness and precision, it constructs it's cells, secreting it's own housing made of wax and propolis.

The hexagonal cells ensure the greatest economy of material and space. Whilst extracting pollen, it fertilises flowers, using energy to the maximum efficiency.
